Add-Ons – Fuel the Extra Fire

All prices include taxes. Add-ons are per session and discussed/quoted during booking.

Extra Edited Frames
Additional fully edited high-resolution cinematic photo (same style as your package: retouch, color grading, hero shot, etc.)

• €20 each (basic)

• €50 each (with advanced effects / hand-drawn elements)
  (These can be discussed after the shoot if we captured extra shots.)

Rush Delivery
(Might be refused/rescheduled due to my day job/other commitments.)
Priority editing and delivery within 14 days (instead of 30 days)

• €60 flat fee for up to a maximum of 5 shots (entry & middle tier editing)

• €90 flat fee for up to a maximum of 7 shots (premium tier editing)
  (Remaining shots delivered within 30 days.)

Advanced Special Effects
Custom hand-crafted effects (e.g., fire overlays, glow, particle effects, dramatic lighting)

• €60–€90 per photo (depending on complexity)

• or €200–€300 for a set of 4–6 coordinated effects

Premium Location Fee
Handling rental, scouting, or access to special/premium locations

• Actual cost passed through + €75 service/coordination fee
  (Quoted per shoot – never included in base package)

The Premium Location Fee (€75 service/coordination fee plus any incurred scouting hours) is considered compensation for work already performed. Once the location has been scouted, reserved, or coordination for it has begun, this fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the photoshoot takes place on the scheduled date.

Any prepaid rental costs paid by the photographer to third parties (location owners) will only be refunded in the event of cancellation if and to the extent that the external party reimburses these costs to the photographer.

Important note on smoke machine: If the Premium Location Fee is paid, I will be willing to ask about the possibility of using a smoke machine at the location and attempt to obtain permission on your behalf (subject to venue rules and approval). Without this fee, the client is fully responsible for arranging and confirming permission in writing.

Smoke Machine / Atmospheric Haze (non-toxic and not damaging to environment)
Portable smoke machine for dramatic cinematic mood (fantasy, fire, curse energy, glow, horror, epic hero shots)

• €40 flat fee
  Important restrictions: Only available where smoke/haze machines are permitted (no strict indoor venues, active smoke detectors, or restricted public spaces). Client must confirm location approval in writing (e.g. email) in advance; I can advise on suitability. Subject to weather/outdoor conditions.

• Extra €20–€30 if additional fluid/refills or extended runtime needed
  (If reserved/transported but not used, the reservation fee will not be refunded)

Extended Shoot Time
Additional time on set beyond package duration

• €40 per extra 60 minutes
  (Ideal for extra outfits, multiple setups, or longer creative exploration)

Detailed Mood Board + Concept Session
Custom mood board + 45-minute pre-shoot concept call (beyond basic discussion)

• €50 flat fee

Commercial / Extended Usage Rights
Standard Usage (Included):
Personal use on social media and in your own portfolio, including credit to the photographer.

Commercial Upgrade (€50–€500):

• Publication: Use in magazines, books, or online articles by third parties

• Merchandising: Printing the photos on products for sale (e.g. prints, t-shirts, calendars)

• Paid Promotion: Use in advertisements (Facebook/Instagram Ads) or as official promotional material for commercial events/brands

Duration: The license is valid for a period of [e.g. 2 years] or unlimited (depending on the price).Notes for clients

• All add-ons must be agreed upon before the shoot (except extra frames if additional shots are taken — these can be ordered later).

• Special notice: The amount of edits delivered varies and falls within the minimum per chosen package (delivered on the agreed date).

• Booking requires 50% deposit via invoice (non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the shoot); remainder due before delivery/editing begins.
